LifePro Fitness launched its Shopify site with a bang and experienced a period of staggering growth with increased home fitness purchases during the pandemic. Their conversion rates had started to suffer as quarantines were lifted, so they brought in Media Contour to help get them back on the right track. With incredible products and customer reviews, we knew fixing the user experience on the site would alleviate their major concerns. They weren't sure exactly where the dropoffs were occurring, so we took a deep dive to understand exactly where the buyer's pain points were occurring.

We used the principles of conversion rate optimization to pinpoint user experience pain points and fuel our focus for the redesign of the Shopify site. The results of our A/B testing and heatmaps showed significant improvement and proof of concept.

We set out to capture the Voice of the Customer and improve the site’s user experience to boost purchases and encourage repeat visits. Our focus was on making it easier for users to find the right products for their needs through better self-selection.

Dermaclara’s website received a series of updates designed to make shopping smoother and more enjoyable. We introduced a new menu that lets users browse by product type and treatment area, added before-and-after result pages, and included a homepage section for shopping by skin concern. Search and filtering tools were also improved to help visitors narrow down their options faster.

The site is now more mobile-friendly, with clearer product details, image previews, and enhanced product pages featuring more visuals and videos. We also added a sticky “Add to Cart” button, a faster checkout option, and updated thumbnail images. A product comparison feature now helps shoppers make more informed decisions.

Altogether, these improvements were made to create a more user-friendly experience that drives conversions and builds long-term customer loyalty.
